Exceeded my expectations What a day! I went in for an oil change and ended up with a set of tires and brakes. They only had 3 tires so he offered me a free rental for the day. What a day! I went in for an oil change and ended up with a set of tires and brakes. They only had 3 tires so he offered me a free rental for the day. So I get a call the next day and they only had 3 tires so they upgraded the tires to a better brand at the same price that I was quoted. So I got my car back that night and over the weekend I realized my car was shaking when I got to a lower speed. I took the car back Monday and waited for another rental. I headed over to get the rental and was disappointed once I got in the car so I drove home and realized I left my house keys with the dealer so I drove back and I told him I can't wait to get my car back because this rental is the worst so he asked to see if they had a different car and they did so I exchanged the rental and I finally got home. He called the next day and I asked if he could put my wiper blade on that I purchased and they realized it was a missing a piece so he said he would replace both wipers with new ones. I just want to THANK Scott and everyone else that went above and beyond while going through this entire ordeal. Scott is the BESTEST..... More

Awesome experience, excellent customer service!! My wife and I arrived to the lot just to browse the inventory and test drive a Rav4 because we were comparing SUV models. Lionell greeted us near the parking lot and asked how he could assist us. He showed us some inventory matching our descriptions and then took us on a test drive. Lionell even allowed us to add the car seats for our toddler and baby-to-be so we could gauge the amount of space we would have. After the test drive, Lionell introduced us to Tom Diaz who worked diligently and patiently with us to find a price we were willing to accept and pay for the car. Tom was extremely polite, fair, and understanding of the position we held and did virtually everything within his power to help us walk, ahem, drive out with a new vehicle. He was very helpful and honest throughout the whole process. Tom then showed us to Dessiree Figueroa who reviewed the financing documentation with us. Dessiree was an absolute pleasure to work with and even went out of her way to accommodate my stir-crazed 2.5 year old and curb her boredom, lol. She was clear and concise when explaining each document, making sure we understood the verbiage and purpose of each document. Dessiree also moved the process along quickly which we also appreciated.
