Awesome experience, excellent customer service!! My wife and I arrived to the lot just to browse the inventory and test drive a Rav4 because we were comparing SUV models. Lionell greeted us near the parking lot and asked how he could assist us. He showed us some inventory matching our descriptions and then took us on a test drive. Lionell even allowed us to add the car seats for our toddler and baby-to-be so we could gauge the amount of space we would have. After the test drive, Lionell introduced us to Tom Diaz who worked diligently and patiently with us to find a price we were willing to accept and pay for the car. Tom was extremely polite, fair, and understanding of the position we held and did virtually everything within his power to help us walk, ahem, drive out with a new vehicle. He was very helpful and honest throughout the whole process. Tom then showed us to Dessiree Figueroa who reviewed the financing documentation with us. Dessiree was an absolute pleasure to work with and even went out of her way to accommodate my stir-crazed 2.5 year old and curb her boredom, lol. She was clear and concise when explaining each document, making sure we understood the verbiage and purpose of each document. Dessiree also moved the process along quickly which we also appreciated. Since then, we have been actively trying to increase our credit and lets face it, it take one mistake to tank you credit and a lifetime repairing it.
