Excellent, quick, and out the door, runs like new!!! "Scott Imbastari" was my service advisor. He was very friendly, greeted me made and me feel welcome. And he was honest! I came in at 7:00 after a long day at work to get an oil change on my 2008 Toyota Tacoma with 177,500 miles. Scott and his mechanic saw additional issues needing repair/maintinance. Plugs, drive belt worn, fuel injection flushing, which ( and other) was a few hours work. Scott said we can get it done tonight, and his mechanic got on the job, knocked it all out, and had my truck back washed before 9:15 pm. I am on call 24-7 and can't have my truck down, Scott (and the mechanic doing the work), Thanks so much for keeping me on the road!!! As Arnold says: "I'll be back." Mike McCoy More

It was hard for my husband to even go back and consider doing business with this location but that's now thing of the past. 2016 visit was awesome - from being greeted by the new sales person, to Jerry, his manager Birdie, Patrick more experienced salesman and Lymaris in finance department everything went exceptionally well. Thank you Toyota of Orlando, we got our third brand new Toyota vehicle and we will be coming back. Its was no hustle, smooth and to the point business transaction. No pressure, no cold sales, Birdie actually paid attention to what we need and what we want. I felt that we did not waste time at all, while shopping at your dealership. Keep up great work! More
