Came for regular maintenance left with leased vehicle. Delightfully efficient, courteous professionals took care of our my husband and me on our recent visit. We were first helped by Ray in the service department who made us aware of the recall services that we were entitled to in addition to the regular maintenance. While waiting we decided to look at some new, larger vehicles with Joe and ended up test driving a new burgundy Sienna, that Joe was able to find at my husband's request. We ended up at John Cruz's desk who expertly educated us on the pros and cons of buying vs. leasing. For us, leasing was the best option so we traded in our Camry for the burgundy Sienna. Dessiree Figueroa quickly and cheerfully guided us through the mounds of paperwork, put the mats in the car and explained a few last operating details and we were on our way....Thanks to all that helped make this a painless experience!
