Wouldn't deal with them again. We had stopped by after being to dozens of dealerships in the past few months. We were looking for a custom H3. We ended up finding a 2013 Truck here We had stopped by after being to dozens of dealerships in the past few months. We were looking for a custom H3. We ended up finding a 2013 Truck here that swayed us away from our initial idea. We were greated by Allen, who I can say was outstanding. He didn't waste our time, lie, nor treat us even remotely poorly. However, "Aundre", (not sure that's spelt right) a sales manager, smh, lie after lie, rude as can be. Even asked us, "well, why did you even come here then?" After we told him what our initial idea for purchase was. So, we left after that treatment. It didn't sit well with us even after we left so we made "the call" to a supervisor. We then spoke with "Bud", the supervisor over "Aundre". Who promised if we came back, it would be corrected and we would leave happy. So, we did, came back and gave it a second chance. However "Bud", was not there. So, we got the pleasure of dealing with "Henry" another sales manager. We brought them our pre-approval, and we wanted to know how much over that, we would have to pay out of pocket. Instead, they clearly want you to use their financing, so we found out they pulled out credit "4" more times. Trying to finance and extra 8k. And were upset no one listened yet again and then lied to us as we were very specific about how we wanted the sale done. As we were leaving, "Henry" stopped us again and told us, "hey, if you can bring me 5k cash, we will get you out the door at 30k. We found a few more vehicles, we went and looked at trying to not have to do business there but we couldn't find what we were looking for and time was swifting away from my pre-approved loan. So we decided to suck it up and go back to get it. Brought them what they asked for but, Now, we meet "Bud" who tells us, the deal "Henry" (of which was sitting with all of us as well) gave us, was not even possible. Lol we have had it at this point. And have now spent another 3 1/2 hours on this 3rd day here totaling 9 hours wasted. So we are worn down, beyond worn down that we break, and give in just to take our vehicle home. We got stuck paying over 3k more then promised. They got to use their finance company in which charged us twice the interest rate. (But per "Bud" "don't worry, just refinance in 3-4 months. Your credit will go right back up after only a couple payments") lie lie lie. But again we were so broke down emotionally. So finally we get to get away from these people and are introduced to "Nichole Peters" I hope that's right. She was so super nice. Got us through all our paperwork and at least made us smile at the end of this miserable experience. So thank you to Nichole and Allen. But at this point, never again, will we even look at a vehicle with them. So good luck to anyone who is about to encounter their own experience. Hope it's better then ours. More
