Good job! I came to the Toyota Service Center on that location first time with the appointment and was a little bit nervous. I had to wait for about 10 min, unt I came to the Toyota Service Center on that location first time with the appointment and was a little bit nervous. I had to wait for about 10 min, until someone welcomed me. But after I pass my car to the employer of that center, I calmed down. I waited for 1-1.5 hours till they finish with my car. All this time I had a peace in my mind. Everyone was so nice and friendly! Moreover, after all the work was done, Ray Lopez came to me again and explain very clearly the next steps need to be done . So, now I know when and for what service I have to make an appointment and who I need to see. This little step helps the costumers do not get confuse and nervous and to find the pass to keep their cars on the road as long as possible in good shape. More

I usually hate going to the car lot, but my experience at this Toyota dealer was great. Hats off to Mike DaCosta, who was the nicest sales rep ever. I appreciated his product knowledge and sense of humor. Just a really nice guy who sincerely seems to love the Toyota cars. I also found Henry Tejada to be just delightful (also very funny) - and Lymaris Crespo to be extremely professional and sweet, too. They all worked together to make it a great experience. I've had the car now for a couple weeks and love it more than ever. I brought it back to the dealership once to add leather seats and that was a great experience as well. Their service center is first class with convenient hours - which means everything to me. Great job, Toyota of Orlando! I'm thrilled with my new purchase! More
