Great Experience!!! It started when I parked my old car in the parking lot with this tall guy Dakota, he's was great explaining about the car I want and let me drive it. It started when I parked my old car in the parking lot with this tall guy Dakota, he's was great explaining about the car I want and let me drive it. Then Alexander krebs explained to me in details about financing, assistance and how to care about my future car. Finishing up with Dessiree Figueroa was exciting, I was few minutes to drive my brand new car and she present all paper work to be signed and explained step by step what I was signing for. Great experience, great day!!! More

Awesome service adviser Michael Marcantonio Mr Michael Marcantonio is very professional honest and knowledgeable I will always ask for him from now on. I have been taking my 1997 Toyota Tacoma Mr Michael Marcantonio is very professional honest and knowledgeable I will always ask for him from now on. I have been taking my 1997 Toyota Tacoma to Toyota of Orlando since 1997 and the service department has always been top notch service. It was recommended to replace the timing belt and the spark plugs on my 1997 toy, so I told my adviser, Michael, it already has been done and he looked it up and found where I just recently changed the plugs, however; he could not find when the timing belt was replaced. So when I got home I checked through my receipts and I found that my timing belt was replaced at 83,000 miles because it was recommended at the time. I was a little surprised that he could not find it on his computer, other than that, everything was outstanding! Please share my comments with Michael and once again give him my thanks for an outstanding service with my toy and my wife's Rav4. R/S John Serrano More
