Raphael Hernandez was professional, helpful & knowledgeable. Raphael Hernandez listened to my service need, which included an oil change and a problem with rain water coming into the floor of my Camry when I dro Raphael Hernandez listened to my service need, which included an oil change and a problem with rain water coming into the floor of my Camry when I drove through a deep puddle on the road. He had his mechanics diagnose and repair my problem and complete my oil change in less than 3 hours. He was informative, helpful and prompt. I will definitely ask for Raphael when I have service needs again! He and the cashier who checked me out gave excellent customer service. More
