Satisfaction with service to my vehicle I arrived at the Toyota Service area in the evening because the battery of my keyless device had run down, I was concerned about being too late fo I arrived at the Toyota Service area in the evening because the battery of my keyless device had run down, I was concerned about being too late for any service. I had been scheduled for service of the vehicle in September, I asked if it was possible to the service that evening. The Service Manager who greeted me was Alexander Balado who had been the manager on a previous visit. I greatly appreciated the friendly welcome. He said it would be no problem to have the service completed during that visit. He ushered me to the waiting area and later returned to explain the findings, what was covered by warranty and the cost of work to be done. He indicated the approximate time I would have to wait and he returned in that time. He reviewed with me the service done, asked if I had questions, then took me to checkout cashier.Because i it was pouring rain he had the car taken to a covered area to allow me comfortable access. He treated me as a valuable customer. More

Great experience We originally came to Toyota to get service done to my Corolla, and ended up trading in my old 2010 and getting a newer and updated 2014 Corolla. It was extremely busy being as it was the weekend and the end of the month. We ended up working with Tom Diaz, and he really made our experience a great one. He was so knowledgable, professional, and helpful. He really made a frustrating day a great one. I would highly recommend going in and asking to speak with Tom if you are interested in buying a new or used Toyota. When it came to the last few steps in the finance department, we were placed with Jorge Baez and he was amazing, very clear and answered all of our questions and concerns. Great day at Toyota! More

I was explained the process and given the option of waiting in the waiting room or taking a shuttle bus to the nearby mall. I was also given an estimated time which was very accurate. Bathrooms were clean, coffee was fresh. Wifi worked perfectly well. Checkout process was simple and I was able to find my car easily. I will definitely return for future services. Makes me proud to be a Toyota owner. More
