Service I had a great experience getting my car serviced at Toyota Rolando with Scott Imbastari. The only thing I would change is when doing the oil change if I had a great experience getting my car serviced at Toyota Rolando with Scott Imbastari. The only thing I would change is when doing the oil change if they would ask if I wanted full synthetic or synthetic blend since my car takes either I would have liked the opportunity to select full synthetic. Other than that Scott was amazing and fast gotta be in and out of there on a last minute oil change appointment I would say less than 30 45 minutes great job keep up the good work continue sending coupons that helps a lot. Meeting Customer Expectations and Making Things Right After being rear-ended I took my highlander to be repaired at Toyota of Orlando as it was convenient to my job. When I arrived the insurance adjuster assigned to me wasn't there and the gentleman that reviewed my car with me was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything he felt should be done to repair the damage and answered all my questions. He made me feel like I was in good hands coming to Toyota of Orlando. Unfortunately I do not have his name now as my phone crashed. Getting my rental quick was quick and easy, unfortunately the insurance company wasn't fair in what size vehicle was authorized as I ended up with a Chevy Sonic rental! My car took longer than the original agreed upon estimate but I was kept very well informed and updated along the way. I was disappointed when I was unable to pick up my vehicle on the scheduled day due to the detailers burning the paint. However, the dealership re-did the job. When I was called to pick up my vehicle I did find several minor problems, however when I brought them to Charlene's attention she took care of me. What she could have fixed right then was, and then we scheduled for me to come back the following week for the rest of the corrections. In addition, I was courtesy shuttled to my job and back to get my rental the day of drop off. Also, Charlene went out of her way to make things right on the type of rental car I would have while they were correcting their errors. Honestly, I believe that Charlene is the main reason I am giving 5 stars. She went above and beyond to make things right and fix mistakes. More
