Tony took us on our test ride and we knew exactly which car we wanted. Marcos Antonio Cruz worked his magic with the numbers and Ingrid Lindfors walked us throught the paperwork and in less than 2 hours I was out of the dealership with my brand new Toyota Highlander. Surprisingly Painless and Positive I was initially very apprehensive about my visit to Toyota of Orlando as I hadn't had luck at other dealerships in the area. I was pleasantly surpris I was initially very apprehensive about my visit to Toyota of Orlando as I hadn't had luck at other dealerships in the area. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to find and finance the car I wanted. Alex did a great job working numbers to get my monthly payment affordable. He was very personable, and made talking about numbers completely painless. Marcello was also refreshing to work with. He was easy to talk to and made signing piles and piles of paperwork amusing. Everyone at the dealership was honest and knowledgeable. They provided CarFax reports upon request. They did really want me to buy a car that day, something that I had experienced at other Toyota dealerships. Here I felt "strongly encouraged" to buy, but not quite "pressured". The car is nice, the price was fair, and the people are honest, which is really how they "earned my business". I would definitely recommend taking a look at Toyota of Orlando. More

Kimber Williams helped us with signing the financial papers and setting up BlueTooth in the car. We have purchased cars before but the process was very streamed-line and not a long process. We recommend Toyota of Orlando and would not hesitate in returning to purchase another vehicle. More

My issue with the tire was addressed.Mr Perez stated that a nail was in the tire but,they will be able to repair.He was very professional and courteous. More
