Over and above!!!! I walked out to get in my Truck a couple of weeks ago and to my dismay had oil on my driveway. Great Customer Recovery I had a good experience. I went in for an oil change and had my car washed. When I went out to retrieve my car, I found that there was a rubber piec I had a good experience. I went in for an oil change and had my car washed. When I went out to retrieve my car, I found that there was a rubber piece missing from my window. I immediately reported it to my service person, Katie Arvidson. She ordered the part and called me when it arrived 1 day later. Due to her excellent service, an incident that could've left me thinking not to go back to your service department instead made me know I will.
