Because of Roger, our experience throughout the visit was thorough and quick. As a customer service employee myself, I feel that the customer’s experience starts from the beginning. Whether it’s a phone call with the representative on the other line or it’s an online booking, the “smooth ride” starts from the beginning. On a more personal note, I want to thank Roger for the exceptional service. Because of him, we will continue to return to the Vineland Road service shop. I changed my location from Central Florida Toyota in Orange Blossom Trail to Toyota of Orlando in Vineland Road. He made us feel like we were the most important customers he had in the shop. He handled our request and kept us comfortable and constantly checking up on us without a sweat. We could not ask for anything more and left the shop much appreciated and all throughout he made it a smooth ride for us. We truly appreciate Roger and want to say Thank You! More

A very bad experience for a faithful customer I've been a Toyota of Orlando customer for the last 6 years. I serviced my 2009 Camry in their shop since I moved to Central Florida. Last month I ha I've been a Toyota of Orlando customer for the last 6 years. I serviced my 2009 Camry in their shop since I moved to Central Florida. Last month I had a car accident and I asked the car insurance to take my car to be fixed at Toyota of Orlando Vineland Collusion center before finding out the car was total-ed. I was renting a car since just because I was busy with traveling for work and moving my house so I didn't get a chance to shop for a car. But Toyota of Orlando never bother to give me call to find out if they can help with purchasing a car from them. What a waste of sales lead!? Makes me wondering how their customer need tracking system is working!? Despite Toyota of Orlando indifference or lack of knowledge of my need for a new car due to their tracking system limit I went last weekend to their showroom at vine-land looking for an opportunity to buy a new car from them. I asked for sale manager it happened I got his name form friend of mine which he was pleased to help but he handed me to a newbie sales person who did his best to answer my questions and let me drive test their new Camry SE model. Being familiar with the Camry I wanted to get to the numbers so I can really work on my decision to buy either a Camry or a Corolla. unfortunately the sales person instead of bringing me back to the sales manager I started with he put me with an idiot and rude dude who called himself sales manager as well . He has nothing to do with any of the car dealer sales crew I dealt with in my experience of buying cars. If it was up to me I will put him cleaning the showroom instead of spoiling sales leads for his company. This bad experience put a hard stop to my willingness of buying my future car from Toyota of Orlando not just because of this idiot but also of the indifference and a lack of knowledge of this dealership about their customers need and personalities. More

Making the magic happen---this is not Disney I was a Toyota owner years ago and after the service I got I walked away.
