Great Service I bought my car from this location in 2013 and have been bringing it for service ever since. However, my first service representative was Raphael Hernandez and he has been nothing short of great. He is very honest, informative and makes ever visit and service experience a great one. HORRIBLE, WORST EVER, NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY These people gave me the run around from day one! I was told it would take DAYS to get my approval from the bank that they choose for me, I thought th These people gave me the run around from day one! I was told it would take DAYS to get my approval from the bank that they choose for me, I thought that was odd, but went along. Next, they wanted to give me almost nothing for my trade (1500 less than book value) and no military discount even though I'm an ARMY wife because, my husband wasn't in the building with me when I came to sign! He then proceeds to go on a long speech about how hard he has worked on my deal and how I have to understand how much work the dealership has done for me..??? Excuse me?? YOUR SELLING ME A CAR!! ITS NOT A FAVOR! Then on the day I was to come in for the final deal, I was told, the deal was done, I just needed to bring the trade and down payment. I made the man aware that my husband was coming back from his ARMY base with the trade and would have to drive straight through the night to get home in time to get the deal done. They assured me it would be worth the trouble. Well, I get there on Saturday, they then tell me, they JUST submitted my info to the bank and I will have a 3 hour minimum wait! I also should mention, I live an hour away! I was told to go home and they would call me that day and get the car delivered to me. So, I go home and wait. I get no call after four hours, so I call them. This back and forth goes on all day and finally ends with the guy never contacting me again! No call end of day Saturday, no call all day Sunday! I called the bank and they say I was approved that afternoon on Saturday! I think the kicker to all this is on Sunday, I get a follow up call from one of the front desk girls and I relay all this to her, she gets upset and tells me she will get on this right away, still NO ONE calls me! THEN Monday, I speak with their customer service MANAGER tell her the whole tale. She assures me she is VERY upset and will get a hold of this sales man at home, work out this issue right away and get back to me within 2 hours, that was at 10 am YESTERDAY! I am disgusted with these people, how do they stay in business treating people this way? I hope nobody ever has to be treated the way I was by them. It was a horrible deflating and embarrassing experience I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I'm in management at a huge company and have told anyone who would listed never to go there. I plan on posting on all military forums I belong to as well. Shame on these people. More
