Just Like My Cruises - Smooth Sailing!! This is the third Toyota my husband and I have bought at Toyota of Orlando and just like our cruising experiences, everything was smooth sailing. The three Muskateers, Alton, Birdie and James, were very knowledgeable, professional and made the experience fun. They made sure I received the car I wanted (2015 Venza), for the vehicle price and the trade-in amount I wanted as well as the zero percent financing. In fact, the whole process went so well that my sister and I came back to the dealersip the next day so she could buy a new car (2015 Prius) and the three Muskateers provided the same excellent service. All I can say is AWESOME job Alton, Birdie and James, you ROCK! Although the "shopping" expierience was fantastic, the main reason we chose Toyota of Orlando is the service after the sale. Like I said before, this is our third Toyota purchased at the dealership, so we have experienced the service department, which does an outstanding job. In fact, I had purchased my Prius at another dealership, where the service was very poor, and once my husband bought his Avalon at Toyota of Orlando, I started bringing my car to the dealership for service. Everytime we have brought in our vehicles for service, we are greeted immediately, asked what service is needed and the techbician services the car quickly. More importantly, the service specialists lets us know if there are any areas that need addressed and if there are any specials going on at the time so we can save money. What more can you ask for in a dealership! More
