Kristie knows best!! I usually don't write reviews, but this time I felt compelled to do so. I was quite surprised to see so many women working as service writers. Kristie greeted me with a warm smile as if she had known me already. I went in for a simple replacement of my windshield wipers(birthday gift), and go so much more. While the wipers were being installed, I noticed her walk completely around my truck to inspect. I am very fortunate that she did, as she discovered that my headlights were on the recall list. So you can guess what came next........she got them replaced right away. I really appreciate her attention to detail. She is definitely an asset to Toyota of Orlando, and the entire Toyota Nation. More
