I was prepared for every case to make sure it was a good deal to buy this SUV... As soon as I parked my vehicle, a young man by the name of Rick greeted me and I was so proud of him serving our Country in the US Marines. We went to the car and immediately had it's key on some security device on the same car. I didn't have to wait for him to find the key inside, it's already on the vehicle... After testing and inspecting the RAV4 we walked inside and Rick presented me with a sales person by the name of Paul Vera who from the very beginning treated me very professional and making me feel at home. We did the numbers and did some more until I had a great price for my trade in and for me to buy the SUV. Mr. Vera did everything possible to make me happy plus continue to have many resources of different warranties...
