There was no haggling and it was very organized. First Pat took us out and explained the features of the car and gave us a test drive. He was very professional and knowlegable about the entire vehicle. Next Nicholas worked extremely hard with the financer to get us approved for the car. Last Angel went over the paperwork and walked me out to view the detailed car and go over any last minute questions. This was by far the most professional car dealership I have ever been to and this was not my first purchase. I even got free chrome key chains with the Toyota logo:) More

Purchase of 2015 Corolla for my son overall pleasing experience at TofO purchasing my second new corolla in less than 10 months......I hope to purchase many more Toyotas in the years ahe overall pleasing experience at TofO purchasing my second new corolla in less than 10 months......I hope to purchase many more Toyotas in the years ahead......everyone we dealt with was very fair and professional to the letter......am happy to buy this make of vehicle as I believe Toyota has clear and enduring competitive advantages over domestic competitors........why anyone would even consider purchasing a passenger car from GM, Ford, or Chrysler is beyond me......even on the back end of being propped up by the US taxpayers, those folks still don't get it.......just cant see their way clear to put their best foot forward and put the customer first by making a quality end product above all else.......i.e., executive comp and union contracts still win the day versus the customer winning the day.......sad........but whatever, all that has done for the last three decades is open the door for Toyota to focus on taking care of the customer.......which I believe they believe in and do.......thanks to all who helped us and hope to see you again down the road........chris g More
