Another DISsatisfied customer I called to ask specifics about the advertised vehicle before I drove 3 hours. Once I got there, I learned that I was lied to and the vehicle on th I called to ask specifics about the advertised vehicle before I drove 3 hours. Once I got there, I learned that I was lied to and the vehicle on the lot was not as advertised (i.e., wrong package, no running boards, etc.). It still seemed like a good vehicle and I was told that it was "bumper-to-bumper Gold Certified for 6 months/ 6K miles" by the salesman so I compromised and made the purchase. The negotiation process was worse than I have encountered at any dealer- EVER- and I was a no-finance (cash on hand) customer! Now, 5 months and 5K miles later, the "certified" vehicle is leaking and the "bumper-to-bumper Gold" plan does not cover the gaskets/ seals. What does this say about the so-called certification on these vehicles?! I have emailed & called the general manager- Jordan Siviglia- several times to see if they will step-up and back their product but have yet to receive any return communication. It negates everything that they advertise regarding customer service. Toyota built its reputation on reliability and customer service- this dealer does not represent either one. I like Toyotas but this dealer does not seem interested in satisfying the customer or in return business. I advice you to go to any other Toyota dealer first. More

Our great experience 3 years ago I bought a Toyota Corolla. I was very happy with my car. A month ago my husband took are youngest daughter to purchase a car at the same Toyota dealer. He said this was the best, easiest and the most comfortable time he had spent on buying a car. That next time he will go to the same dealer and the same person. We did last week to purchase a car for our middle daughter.
