AMAZING team of people! This was my first experience buying a Toyota and visiting Toyota of Orlando. My husband and I needed a new car and we decide to just visit and see wha This was my first experience buying a Toyota and visiting Toyota of Orlando. My husband and I needed a new car and we decide to just visit and see what our possibilities were. We never expected to get the amazing personable service that we received from everyone who assisted us with buying our car. First we met with Patrick Bartell who's only concern was to make us comfortable with the car that we chose and that we were happy with that car. He was so knowledgeable about every car we looked at and very friendly. Any questions about the car he knew the answer. After a test drive with the Toyota Corolla we fell in love and decided that was the car for us. He then introduced us to John Rios who again was very friendly, personable and he made us feel comfortable during the application process and was never "pushy" with my husband and I. We than met with Kartal Topgul who did everything he could to get our down payment and monthly payment at something we would be able to afford. He was wonderful, friendly and treated us like we belonged there. Buying a car can be very stressful when you don't have great credit and not much money to put down but he kept working to get the right deal for us. Once he found the right deal for us we were introduced to Jean LaCock who was also wonderful and friendly. He went over all our finance paperwork, answered any finance questions we had and had us in our new car in no time. I have never been so impressed by a car dealership. When you go there it's like you have your very own team of people working for you and your car needs. From the first person who assisted us to the last person who gave us our keys to our new car they were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and just simply nothing less than AMAZING. I cannot wait to purchase my next car there! More

Sold the car while I was waiting to sign the contract Came in to test drive a 2012 Toyota Tundra, loved it and was there most of the day. I spent over 4 hours at the dealership working out the numbers an Came in to test drive a 2012 Toyota Tundra, loved it and was there most of the day. I spent over 4 hours at the dealership working out the numbers and when we finally agreed on a price/payments/interest rate, I initialed the deal, said i would take the car home that day and was told it would only be a few minutes until they returned with the contract, I was pretty excited. My sales rep came back about 15 minutes later and stated that while I was working on the deal for the car, they let someone else test drive it and some sort of damage was done to the truck and they couldn't sell it to me today, I would have to come back in the morning after they repaired it. This was not the first car I had purchased and thought it was odd that they didn't want me to sign anything to lock me in so I asked what was wrong with it, to which I was told "we don't know" and once you leave, we'll find out and text you. I left the dealership and within 5 minutes of leaving, I received a text saying and I quote "Hey it sold that's why I couldn't sell it , sorry". That was it? I couldn't believe it, 4+ hours waiting on them mostly to find out that someone else offered them more money so they sold it to them without any regard for the fact that we agreed on a deal or that I had spent most of the day there waiting on them to make it happen. Turns out that Toyota of Orlando only cares about making money and not how they treat the customer. I read other reviews online and this seems to be the way they do business. They pit the employees against each other to get the most money out of the vehicle which not only screws the customers but the employees as well. My sales guy spent half a day with me and then lost the sale because they were double dealing and only cared about the bottom line, MONEY. This is not the place I want to give my hard earned money. I will never return to this store again and I purchase a new vehicle at RC Hill Mitsubishi in Deland and got a great deal and was treated like a king. Almost glad it turned out the way it did. In my opinion, Toyota of Orlando is unethical, devious and dishonest, they even lied to me to get me out of the store before telling me they sold it to someone else so I wouldn't make a scene. How pathetic. And by the way, those people on the commercial, the man and the woman are actors. They have nothing to do with the car store except to get paid to do the commercials. Even the dog is an actor! STAY AWAY FROM TOYOTA OF ORLANDO!!! More
