After going through serious accident the day before going to this dealership; the last thing I wanted to mess with was buying a new car. Being in pain I was just not up for talking to all of those pesky car- to this dealership; the last thing I wanted to mess with was buying a new car. Tarik Malik came up to me and warmingly asked if there was anything he could help me with. I said that I was just browsing and he left me to my wandering. What was nice is that he did not follow me around or keep asking. That impressed my mom, so when we found a Corolla that I was interested in we went back to him. We took the car for a test-drive and I was sold. That is when Tarik brought us inside to continue the process. He introduced us to Steve Kaplaneris who was the sales representative. Steve was very clear in explaining everything and made the sale very smooth. Once everything was approved and cleared I was brought to Alicia Brown to sign all of the paperwork. She also went out of her way to set up an appointment at the service center for me. Everyone was very professional, yet extremely understanding and compassionate for my situation. The team of John Rios in sales and Niels Christensen in financing was everything you'd hope for and expect in an established car dealership-- which was the complete opposite of our previous experience from the competition. We didn't feel like we were being swindled or taken advantage of, John's use of the word "family" and his manner of explaining all our options was refreshing and encouraging. To put it plainly, as long as we live in Central Florida, we will continue to shop and recommend the services of Toyota of Orlando. More

My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle for and we came with the intentions of "just looking" at a Corolla. Chito Bacani helped us pick out a Corolla and we did test drive it, but out of the corne we came with the intentions of "just looking" at a Corolla.
