My husband and I went to Toyota of Orlando to just look at cars, we were not planning on buying that day. I looked at the Tacoma's, but was interested in an SUV. I ended up looking at the Venza, which is a at cars, we were not planning on buying that day. I looked at the Tacoma's, but was interested in an SUV. I ended up looking at the Venza, which is a cross over. I fell in love! Our product sales man Chris Cardenas, was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. We went inside, and began the negotiation process. Alex Malatesta was extremely willing to work with us, and did so to the last request. He never stopped trying to make sure we were comfortable with the price and vehicle. He put up with so much negotiating, and took the time to take care of us, the customers. I really appreciated everything he did for us! After we worked with Alex, we needed to see Josh Cardenas in Financing. Josh was extremely helpful as well with explaining all the numbers, and endless amounts of paper work. Josh was also helpful in putting in my new floor mats, and helped pull off all the stickers from the windows. He also cleaned the windows for me! I honestly am so appreciative for all the hard work of both, especially Alex, because otherwise I wouldn't have a new car :) My husband bought his Tacoma from this dealership in 2005, and his good exp. is what brought us back this time. Now, I've had a wonderful car buying experience, and will certainly return to Toyota of Orlando the next time I need to purchase a car!! Thanks guys, keep up the amazing work :) More

When we decided to visit the dealership we had no intention to buy and we were surprised how quickly our feelings about "car dealers" were changed. I am really impressed with the ease of doing business with all of the Toyota of Orlando staff. My latest adventure started with Drew Ruggiano telling me how great the new Avalon was when I took my 2006 A with all of the Toyota of Orlando staff. My latest adventure started with Drew Ruggiano telling me how great the new Avalon was when I took my 2006 Avalon in for service. When the 2013s arrived in the showroom I took one look and it was love at first sight. Tarik Malik took me for a tour of the car and a test drive. Bud Charania put the order together for me to get the car that I wanted. Josh Cardenas finalized the sale and sent me off in an incredible new Avalon Limited. The car is great and very impressive to see. It is not as "sedate" as the earlier editions, valets comment that "this can't be a Toyota" when they look at the sporty interior. A fine car to drive has now become fun. A big part of buying a vehicle is knowing that I have great service available to keep it in shape. Toyota of Orlando and the dealer/service staff let me know that I can count on them anytime for personalized service (and good coffee). I can't recommend them more highly or more often than I do now. We met Dennis outside and he led us into the building to meet with Lindsey. After a brief introduction, we were led to Alex M. to begin discussing the details. Alex worked and worked to get the deal and he never gave up on making sure we were comfortable with our decisions and ensuring our questions were fully answered. Last, but not least, Jean sealed the deal with the finance paperwork. The whole time, he made sure we had no questions unanswered and no concerns left before we departed the dealership. After transferring everything over from the Dodge to the Tundra, Dennis gave us a thorough run-through to make sure we were completely satisfied, and sent us on our way with our new truck.
