Excellent sales process. GREAT people I was trying to compare the Avalon to the Lexus LS. Decided not to because my wife has the ls460 and we were so impressed with the Avalon and dealers I was trying to compare the Avalon to the Lexus LS. Astrid greeted us with a short interview to determine which model would be best for us. Scott joined and was very knowledgable giving us all the information we need. James gave us a price that truly shocked my wife and I. We were very impressed that when we said we were not going to buy now that we wanted to go to lunch there was NO pressure to buy. They mean what they say when they say we’ll give you are best price first. Carlos in finance was great making sure all the i’s were dotted. I’ve bought many cars in the last 50 years and can honestly say that these people and Toyota of Orlando are the best!!! More

Very friendly staff, drove home in a new Tacoma Was only really coming in to look at trucks to start researching but sort of found something that I wanted and got it.
