My Experience I have been coming to Toyota of Orlando since 2000 where I purchased my brand new 2001 Camry which I still have. Sales/Finance Representatives Bud (?last name), Sales Mgr., was most accommodating in the recent sale of our 2011 Camry. He treated us as if we were buying a new 2017 vehicle. We had a more friendly experience with him than we did the day before with Jerry Sun. Thanks, Bud. We also met Scotty who walked us through the trade-in value and purchase price with ease and sincerity. We appreciated his input. Our experience with our Finance Rep., Nicole Peters. She explained all forms to sign with ease and precision. We felt confident with her in signing all forms. Kudos to her.....and Thanks Toyota for building such great cars. Purchased a new Camry Purchased a new car, when talking about price they wouldn't give me an out the door number. Then when negotiating, they said they lowered the price of Purchased a new car, when talking about price they wouldn't give me an out the door number. Then when negotiating, they said they lowered the price of the car as much as they could and only gave me the new price of the car. When you add the tax title and tag, it still resulted as the same price they initially gave me. I'm not an idiot and should have been treated like this. This also took about 20 - 30 min to receive each price. Going back the following day I only wanted to look at a color of a vehicle. Paul eventually approached me and started conversation, he apologized for the day before and wanted to make it right. Took him three min to give me an out the door price, I agreed to it was going to be back the next day as it was already late that evening. The next day we met he paired me up with someone to show me the car, went well. As it came to price again, we continued where we left off the first day, I stated that is not what Paul and I discussed yesterday. As I was getting ready to walk out they attempted to talk to me about maybe a Tacoma. I was told that was the slowest they could go in price, after I started to walk out, then they finally gave me the price I was quoted from Paul. Now with the frustration, inexpextes them to do a little more for me, however they didn't, this was the new lowest price. I walked around to look at the car once more while doing some research at other dealerships. I found the same car in Haines city just a different color, for much less, I should have went there instead. Toyota of Orlando eventually met the price of the dealer in Haines citys out the door price. They took the vehicle to clean it and get it ready, took a while so I thought they were doing a really good job as it's a black car. When it came out it was covered in swirl marks and had multiple scratches on the car. I didn't even get in it to go home yet. They attempted to buff it out, however they were not successful. They scheduled me an appointment to come back on Friday to have it fixed. I was going to drop the car off, they were going to shuttle me to work near by, then pick me up in the evening. I asked for paperwork or something stating they were going to cover it issues, they said it's scheduled and I would speak with Mike. They showed me where his desk was and gave me his card. At this point there were about four or five associates gathered around and they all agreed I didn't need paperwork and they would all be there on Friday morning. When I arrived Friday to drop the car off, I was told it had to go to the body shop, it was too much for service to handle. Was told to drive over and ask for Miguel. I drive over to the body shop and was told Miguel doesn't come in until 9, well I have to be at work by 9. So I go back to service, they then tell me to go back and speak with Scott. They called and verified he was there, he apologized for everything and brought the vehicle back to buff out and wet sand the scratches and swirl marks. Scott asked me for paperwork regarding this, I explained what I was told and he had to then make a few phone calls to follow up with this. Scott brought the vehicle in the back and resolved everything there on the spot, waited a while but was out with my new car about 9:15 with no need to go back again hat evening to pick it up. When I walked into this dealership the first time, I had a blank check in my pocket ready to buy a car. I almost didn't buy a car at all from there and to this day regret that I did. More
