Fun car shopping experience! Jason King, Tom Diaz and Stephanie Alexander made our car shopping enjoyable. From first meeting Jason in the front, he showed us the cars in our price range and let us test drive the vehicle we were interested in. Then we met up with Tom Diaz. He talked to us about financing. My husband and I wanted to think about this major purchase. Tom did not pressure us at all. He gave us his business card and told us to call if we were interested. After a couple days of thinking on it, I called Tom and told him we were coming in. He had everything ready for us. NO HASSLES, just went in, picked out the car and met with Stephanie. She assisted us with signing and explaining all paperwork and even showed us how to use our Bluetooth. All three of them came out as we were being delivered our new car. This honestly was the first enjoyable car shopping experience ever. More

A dream come true!!!!!!! I've been wanting a Tundra for the longest and I was willing to go to a buy here pay here dealership, but my wife said no she suggested that we go to I've been wanting a Tundra for the longest and I was willing to go to a buy here pay here dealership, but my wife said no she suggested that we go to the Toyota dealership I started laughing knowing? that it's not going to happen. So we arrived at 9:50pm they close at 10pm got out went to the salesman name Pedro (slick but awesome dude) told him that I was looking for a used tundra and Mr Pedro said you're in the right place.(bye the way he was getting ready to close up) but instead he help me get my tundra. So we started looking at the used ones and we went on a test drive. Mr. Pedro suggested? that I take a look at the new tundra as well at this time I didn't care I just wanted one the test drive sold me. So I did and I love it, so we inside and met Mr Jerry Sun (another awesome dude) the man walk me through everything and knowing? that it was shut down time he help me. Everything went perfectly?. My paper signing went awesome as well Mrs.Shadey Derivois explain every detail there was she was awesome. My experience at Toyota of Orlando was a blast I came in for a USED ONE, but left with a NEW ONE!!!!!😀 I want to apologise to the ones who stayed late I am sorry but you guys made my dream come true.
