John Henry was the sales person, and Marcos Cruz was the sales manager and they all were great. So far I love this 4Runner but the transmission performance could be a little more consistant and smooth. Don't like the engine braking on this vehicle. Hopefully Toyota will take the Engine Braking program out of the computer operations performance on this vehicle in the near future. Even though I don't like the engine braking I like everything else. I'm going to keep this truck for a long time. Thanks again........ Ty More
