My service consultant, Joseph Fannelli, was excellent. He treated me promptly and with a great attitude. He told me the recommended service for my vehicle with the current mileage. He was not pushy and made me feel comfortable. The service time took longer than I expected, since I had an appointment, but he kept me updated and explained why it was taking longer. Once my car was finished he explained my service recommendations in depth. I was very pleased with my service and would recommend the dealer to anyone. I will definitely continue serving my vehicle at this location and using Joseph as my consultant. More
