IF you want the Truth you will not get it with Matthew Slone My visit at Toyota of Orlando started out GREAT. with Rick (Ricardo) we found the Rav 4. I wanted he did a great job showing the vehicle, my last Toyo My visit at Toyota of Orlando started out GREAT. with Rick (Ricardo) we found the Rav 4. I wanted he did a great job showing the vehicle, my last Toyota is a 2002 so I new little about all the new features he took the time to walk me bumper to bumper and inside out to explain all about the vehicle :) when I decided that is what I wanted, I told Rick I do not want to spend all day here, what ? is the best price you can do... he said we had to go inside and talk with a sales specialist ..he told me they are going to work with you and take good care of you.. we went inside and we met Matthew Slone with in about four or five minutes my gut feeling said get up and walk away or ask for another sales person..I WISH I had done that.. I also told him I do not want to be here all day. he ask if I took it for a test drive I said no don't need to can you give me your best price on the car he said he wanted me to test drive it first I said im good.. what is your best price you can offer me. he said I wont give u any numbers till you drive it.. we went back and fourth a few more times..i ended up taking it for the test drive he that he insisted on..we came back I told him I like it... now what is the Price$$$$ still no straight forward answer :( now he needed to get some info.. from me befor he could give me any $$$ on the car (once again I should of walked away)to me it seemed like he was Very overbearing/ doing his best to avoid my questions and concerns ......as we were going the final numbers I asked what is a dealer fee? he said he was not sure,that he thought maybe it was so they all got paid...But it is the best dealer fee in central florida (699.00) no one can beat it..also the best price on the car in central florida ....to make a long story short I found 3 other dealerships in the Orlando area with the exact dealers fees and much better price on the car I bought that day.... what I'm trying to say is Matthew Slone lied to the customer and I have proof. oh and one more thing when he wanted me to fill out the form on how HE did on the sale that day , he crossed a line with a pen all the way through it till he got to (truly exceptional) and said this is all my boss will except.....once again he is very overbearing!!!!!! More

We had been looking for cars online for months and decided to check out Toyota of Orlando as previous relatives of mine have bought cars from them in the past. My friend was looking for a car and I was willing to cosign. We worked with Fred Robinson and Shadey Derivois and had a fantastic experience purchasing a 2013 Toyota Corolla. Fred worked with us and was patient and obtained a fantastic deal for my friend that everyone was shocked at the monthly payments of the vehicle. Definitely recommend Toyota of Orlando to any person and looking forward to going back there in the far future when my family are looking for another car. More

I shopped around and was shocked that the best prices and warranty came from a dealer's service department. Was not expecting that. Eduardo Fernandez took the time and made the effort to help me figure out what should be done immediately and what could wait a few weeks as I couldn't do everything at once. He is excellent to deal with, knows his stuff. Got everything done as he had outlined and in the time frame he promised. Eduardo called me with updates during the day and advised me that in one instance just cleaning up a part would cure an issue and saved me the expense of needlessly replacing that part. Could not receive better service with the bonus of good prices and warranty on the repairs. Highly recommend the service department, ask for Eduardo! More
