My new car purchase experience I was greeted at my arrival by Victor Butler. He walked me through finding my Tacoma and allowed me a test drive. His attention and patience with me was excellent. He answered all my questions about the vehicle. Having finished the initial process I was turned over to Scott Bumbalough for final negotiations. Scott too was a pleasure to work with. I can be difficult in working out an acceptable price and he handled me with respect and professionalism. I needed time to think it over and Scott was appreciative of that. He followed up with me later and on a subsequent visit the deal was closed. After all was agreed he turned me over to JACQUELINE CRUZ-ALICEA for final paper work. She too was a pleasure to work with. I was in a hurry having an invalid wife alone at home that requires almost constant attention. Jacqueline did everything she could to expedite the closing. I appreciated her concern and attention to my situation. Victor, Scott and Jacqueline were a pleasure to work with. This is the second Tacoma I have purchased at Toyota of Orlando and the second experience was the best of all. More
