Osvaldo "Ozzie" Perez is our Service Representative and I have complete confidence in him and trust his recommendations. He explains what needs done immediately and a timeframe for when the other work should be scheduled. He answers all questions in terms I can understand and makes sure my vehicles run and are maintained properly, I have recommended him to several friends and will continue bringing our vehicles to him at Toyota of Orlando. Happily Unexpected On Friday September 30, 2016 I came in for a routine maintenance service on my 2008 Toyota Corolla. I had no intentions of doing anything else but tha On Friday September 30, 2016 I came in for a routine maintenance service on my 2008 Toyota Corolla. I had no intentions of doing anything else but that and being on my marry way. One of the sales associates (Ricky Ricardo) came up to me and just asked how my morning was going? We struck up a conversation about my car and if I enjoyed driving it. Being a Toyota owner for years I had no complaints. Ricky took a stroll out to take a look at some of the cars out on the lot and he put up with my very critical eye about my likes and dislike of every car he showed me with a courteous smile and or laugh. I had the opportunity to test drive a few of the vehicles all the while still not interested in purchasing a car in the back of my mind. After a while riding around with Eduardo (one of the guys that help show the cars) and having a having fun with the cars on the one on one attention, the thought of owning a new car seemed like a great idea. The singular experience that you get from people like Ricky, Eduardo, and Jacqueline is a credit to the Toyota great standards. It took a while for me to want the car that I ended up purchasing, but the quality team members that were hired really made the experience worthwhile. I love the new car and I would like to thank Ricky, Eduardo, and Jacqueline for a fun experience. More
