I visited Toyota of Orlando on 9/26/2011 for 20,000 mi. check up including oil change, tires rotated, and fluids filled. Darell Roberson was very friendly, advising what was done and advising me about t check up including oil change, tires rotated, and fluids filled. However, I wanted to express how impressed we were with your Customer Service Rep Derell Roberson. Immediately after I pulled my car in for service (Oil Change) a gentlemen greeted me and walked me over to Derell Roberson. Mr. Roberson was happy, professional, and made me feel at ease quickly. He took the time to remind us of past service issues with our vehicle, and we appreciated the way his reminder didn't sound like a sales pitch. He didn't try to pressure us but had understanding when we explained we just couldn't afford to take care of those issues at this time. Mr. Roberson took the time to explain to me and a few moments later to my Husband the order of importance and which one we should definitely take care of right away. As a woman I really appreciated that and so did my Husband. My Husband and I just want you to know how impressed we are with him because overall he made our experience feel as though we were his friends instead of a business transaction. He even took it a step further to inform us on his own where we were at as far as the time left to service our vehicle which had never been done in the past. That really won us over and it made our waiting time seem shorter. We just want to thank Mr. Roberson for a job well done and give acknowledgment to him. I have done business with Toyota of Orlando for a number of years ranging from phone calls to Service, any given time my phone calls and questions were addressed, promptly and accurately. After the bad experience that I had with your consultant Emil, Dave was much more down to earth and did'nt seem so sarcastic about customer need's and wants. With the managers brian help at toyota of Orlando they mayed my day a great success. They need more customer friendly people like Dave, he took the time to give me the quality care and assurance that I needed to feel confortable again with your services. Brian the manager also gave me a $50 dollar incentative towards my services, hopefully I will not have poor judgement on customer quality and self worth, especially when it comes to communication and understanding. Dave the service consultant and brian the service manager met my need's today and fulfill the right customer satisfaction, this is what makes a customer come back and gain that loyalty and great customer rapport. I had brought my 08 Tundra to the service department to complete the recall for the accelerator. While the truck was at the service department for the recall I requested the tires be rotated and balanced. complete the recall for the accelerator. While the truck was at the service department for the recall I requested the tires be rotated and balanced. When the truck was returned the rear wheels had multiple deep scratches. The center cap of one of the wheels was dented and needed to be replaced. I noticed the damaged before I left the dealership and I pointed out the damage to one of the service advisors. They were apologetic and set an appointment for the wheels to be repaired. The wheels were subsequently repaired. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have run afoul with the Service department at Toyota of Orlando. The service department had scratched my wheels on another occasion and once left the oil filler cap off the vehicle after performing an oil change. I should have learned my lesson after the first occurrence. More
