I had a horrible experience with a dealership (Chevy) a few months ago. The thought of needing to buy a car was terrible. I liked him instantly on the phone, through emails and even better in person. Funny part was I texted him asking if the car was automatic...old lady tired of shifting, after I put a hold on it.. Duh! His surprised reply "Of Course". He was very so helpful, buying a car today 5/9/2024 turned out to be a fun experience. My daughter and I LOVED the used 2020 Toyota, though it still has more tech than I will ever need. I did get a manual for dummy's,, just kidding. Today marks my sixth service with Toyota of Plano Service Department. I got my 5,000 mile free warranty work done which consists of tire rotation, oil and oil filter change, and their multi point inspection. Department. I checked in a few minutes before my appointment time at 12:30. I was met with a prompt friendly Service Representative. I was on my way by 1:30. If you need your oil changed and a quick check on the multi point service work don’t hesitate to use this location. I own different new cars and they service them here. Every oil change has taken no more than one hour and maybe a few minutes more but never longer than that. The entire service team from top to bottom executes with precision in my opinion. They have their system and plan down and they execute it perfectly. I strongly recommend you check this team out. More
