Most impressive to me was that he found a license plate bracket for me after we discovered that my car was missing it on the front bumper. Forkan obviously did not have to as the car was purchased "as is", but he called me the next day and Jose installed for me at the service center. Jose was also very friendly and efficient when we pulled into the service center. Every employee that I interacted with was personable and professional.
