My experience today at Toyota of Plano was likely my worst car service experience. The advisor, Dan Garner, was rude and clearly did not want to be there. Dan should not be taking the frustrations abo worst car service experience. The advisor, Dan Garner, was rude and clearly did not want to be there. Dan should not be taking the frustrations about his own life on his clients. Dan needs to be retrained in customer service by the Toyota of Plano or seriously consider leaving this line of work. More
