Whole process had its events but Edgar and Carlos went far and beyond to make it as easy as possible. Edgar helped us by showing different options that could work better for our budget. Most important part of the whole process is that there was no pressure from either of them and we left the dealership feeling like valued customers. Sobiya was good to stay in touch with us through several days to make sure that we stay interested in purchasing the car with them. Both of them followed up to help schedule window tint that needed to be installed at a later date. Carlos was the finance guy and he was very pleasant to work with.
