Great Salesman, Not So-Great Financier My salesman was excellent. He made the process very easy and answered all of our questions. We did not feel pressured. Once we came to an agreement, he clearly explained the rest of the process. Once we completely the finance processes, our salesman walked us through all of the details of the vehicle, answering all of our questions. The only downside to the entire thing was the finance process. There were no other customers around and he had waiting 45 minutes. The financier said maybe 20 words to us the entire time, did not smile, and did not look like he was interested in being there. When a question came up for the salesman, the financier was rude to him as well. This was the only down-side on an otherwise great process. More
