He was very pleasant and even told us initially that it was possibly going to be under a contract. He called us back shortly to tell us that it was indeed still there so we could come look at it. We came in and found Israel to be very pleasant and extremely easy to talk to and work with. We looked at the car and made an offer. In a very short time we agreed and moved on over to the finance manager. From start to finish, we were in and out in a very short amount of time. This was one of the most pleasant experience I've ever had and would recommend Israel and Toyota of Plano to anyone. More

I got his name from AAA and would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new toyota. The entire process from test driving the car to driving it home was far smoother and required less time than what I've experienced at other dealerships in the past. More

A Painless Experience in buy in a used vehicle. I usually dread buying a car/SUV like I dread a bout in a dentist's chair. But, at Toyota of Plano, it was a pleasant experience. I was greeted by friendly people, given accurate information, allowed to test drive and minutely examine the Prius V I was interested in seeing, Actually, I looked at all three that were available in the used car department.
