I have the most horrible experience ever here, I was there this last Friday looking for a car for my 17 year old, they associate showing us the car was very helpful, but when we had a few questions that he couldn’t answer, he went and got ahold of a manger named Jeremy Dodson, and that’s when everything made a turn for the worse! How this guy became a manager is Beyond me, he was so rude and disrespectful, the whole time he asked like he didn’t even want to be there, he was very unhelpful and unprofessional and Uneducated about the cars with the question we had. But the part that made me really upset was how he made several racist remarks towards my 17-year-old, and I also could hear him clear has day when we was walking away call us a bunch of F***ing Ni**ers! And the sad part is when I went to the other employees and explain them the situation to see who I would talk to about that they all said the same thing which was,”sorry about that, yes that man is very Racist to everyone here employees and customers, if u want to make a Complaint you will have to go online to do so” and that was coming from his Employees. I hope someone see this and take care of this problem. Racism in my book is zero tolerance!
