Friendly people that treat you with respect and kindness, they appreciate your business. I’ve had poor service at the Toyota dealers in McKinney, Prosper and Richardson…. I was about to stop buying Toyota’s they appreciate your business. I’ve had poor service at the Toyota dealers in McKinney, Prosper and Richardson…. I was about to stop buying Toyota’s , not because of the car we love Toyota’s. My family has bought 6 cars from Mckinney Toyota, but the experiences kept getting worse. Tried the Prosper location and they told me I needed new brakes and Rotors during my oil change. I had decided to wait and have a friend who is a mechanic look at them and there was nothing wrong with either. Now I’m at the Plano and I couldn’t be happier. More
