Brian Salm was very professional. He knew I had a decision to make and he gave me the information I needed to make that decision. He knew what other vehicle makes I was looking for and gave me advic decision to make and he gave me the information I needed to make that decision. He knew what other vehicle makes I was looking for and gave me advice as to how they compared to the Toyota I was considering. I took a week to continue my shopping and he stayed in touch but didn't pressure me. In the end, all the advice he gave me was accurate and I made the decision to buy the Toyota from him. He did an excellent job handling the purchasing process and then passed me on to the Finance Manager, Tony who was equally professional and very efficient. My experience was extraordinary and I will go back when it's time to buy another vehicle. More

From start yo finish Carlos Lazo did a great job. His email responses were prompt and he was very helpful. I felt like he wanted to earn my business, and yet he was not pushy.
