The customer service after the sale was abominable - when you call the receptionist she provides you with misinformation and/or redirects your call and passes you around. The GM harassed my fiancé at her work without respect to her employer. When she returned his call immediately afterward, the receptionist lied to her and told her that he was at home sick. Toyota Finance couldn’t even get through to their finance department when attempting to call to figure out why the paperwork was so messed up. The Toyota Finance company repeatedly apologized for this dealer's behavior and comforted us by letting us know this is not how their customers are/should be treated. Less than 30 days later we needed to go to the service department due to issues and they were absolutely useless. Very disappointed in this experience that is not even finished as of yet - pray for us, y’all. More

I tried calling Toyota of Plano service 4 times today. Each time I was hung upon. The front desk was kind, but only willing to "transfer" me to service again. I was able to get through one time and the Each time I was hung upon. The front desk was kind, but only willing to "transfer" me to service again. I was able to get through one time and the question of how long my first service would take seemed to hang them up. No one ever came back to the phone after what seemed like 20 minutes on hold. I guess that new dealership doesn't need my business that bad. More

Used cars not well inspected. Dishonest. Avoid. We don't normally write up negative reviews, but feel we should as a public service. Their dealership may LOOK like it's of good quality, but they are not honest. As other reviewers have stated, their inspection really means nothing and should not be trusted. I'm not sure what they check, but it is minimal and just enough to make the car work enough for a test drive and get you off the lot. We purchased a used 2010 Toyota Camry for our son. We asked multiple times about the condition of the car. We were very clear that we did not want a vehicle would start out needing additional work or might leave him stranded. We asked to have the vehicle inspected by our mechanic first. They refused. We should have stopped there: big red flag, but we were assured that it was not necessary because they "thoroughly inspected their used cars, only ones that were in top condition were sold, they were connected with the corporate office, so their cars had to be clean, etc." We were showed an inspection report and led to believe that the only work that had been needed was the a/c, which they had fixed. They knew the lady who had driven it, etc. Sadly, it was all just a sales pitch. Within a day of driving it, we realized something wasn't right. We took it to 2 different reputable mechanics for a real inspection and found it needed about $3000 of additional work, $2000 of which could not wait. We took it back to Toyota. They had it 3 days and the only response was basically "these are things we won't be fixing". Though they did offer to let us trade in for another, much more expensive, which I'm sure had "passed their inspection" too. (No, thank you! "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.") Our parents were about to purchase a new car from them and changed their minds. We felt it right to warn others. Toyota's are generally good cars. Unfortunately, this dealership just can't be trusted to be honest or do the right thing. More
Horrible customer service!! Service Manager Dan, was extremely unprofessional and NOT standing by Toyota’s mission statement. Refused to work on my brand new car UNDER warranty, citing a “Toyota Lemon extremely unprofessional and NOT standing by Toyota’s mission statement. Refused to work on my brand new car UNDER warranty, citing a “Toyota Lemon Law Policy.” The car is LESS than ONE Year old. Next car WILL NOT be a Toyota if this is the kind of customer service I can expect! I should be able to take my Brand new Toyota to ANY Toyota dealership and get the SAME customer service!! More
