From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and never felt pressured into making a decision. Two sales reps in particular made the experience, Hossein and Alex. Both were very professional, warm, and eased my nerves as a first-time buyer. They were very knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to answer my questions and explain all the features of the models I was considering. They listened carefully to my needs and helped me find a vehicle that fit both my lifestyle and budget. I especially appreciated the transparency around pricing and financing options, there were no hidden surprises or fees, and everything was explained clearly. Christopher from the finance department was also efficient and respectful of my time, making the paperwork process smooth and straightforward. After the purchase, he walked me through the vehicle setup, ensuring I understood how to use all the technology before I left the lot. Overall, Toyota of Plano went above and beyond to make sure I drove away confident and satisfied with my purchase. It took 4 hours to process the paperwork with a very high credit score. They didn't honor the trade in price because someone was on vacation and didn't match the rate agreed upon by .5%. Could not get a rate from Toyota Financial at a Toyota dealership in a timely manner??? Really? No management presence, not once in 4 hours. Very frustrating, Very sleazy feeling as a customer when everything they tell you is a bait and switch. Go somewhere else, they are too big and don't treat you like a valued buyer. More
