They got the job done! I went in to purchase a new Rav 4 Hybrid. As the inventory of these vehicles was still trickling in slowly at that time, the "in stock" options were I went in to purchase a new Rav 4 Hybrid. I was steadfast about what I wanted, but these guys worked hard to get me exactly what I came for. While I waited a few days for the my vehicle to arrive, they even hooked me up with a loaner car to use. It wasn't the quickest process in the world but they persevered every step of the way and in the end I was very happy with their level of service and professionalism. More

I wanted to test drive the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid and potentially a Lexus NX. While looking for the hybrid, Hansel asked if I wanted to look at the RAV4 Adventure since it had more offroading capabilities and the sportier body build that I really wanted. His recommendation introduced me to a car I hadn't even thought of and I was beyond happy with the vehicle. He was able to also assist me in securing great financing AND got back to me in regards to a few lingering questions I had. They said it could be patched, and said it would take 1-1.5 hours, and offered car service. I decided to wait, and have breakfast at Pine State Biscuits. They called me in about 40 mins to say it was done! That was all without an appointment too. More

Quick and helpful I went in to get the aux battery replaced on my Prius. Parts were in stock and I got an appt the day I called. Done in 2 hrs. While there, I picked up a new tiny blade for the rear wiper and struggled to install it. One of the service associates came over, put on gloves and after a 10 min battle got the wiper blade installed while I waited. I would either have broken it or needed a few hours. Can't say enough good things about how nice they were to help out for free. More
