This is my third bad experience with this service department. This time, I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take about an hour (which is quite a bit longer department. This time, I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take about an hour (which is quite a bit longer than Jiffy Lube, etc) so I decided to go to their waiting room and read for an hour. After 2 hours, I went out to check on the car and, after the representative checked, he said they hadn't started on it yet and it would be another hour. Why did I make an appointment? And why do I keep coming back to this dealer? I won't again. More

I have spent hundreds and thousands of dollars at this place because I trusted them. BUT this is the last time! Brought my vehicle for oil change and inspection for a grumbling noise. It costs $275 ($85 for the oil change, net of $15 specials discount, + $190 for the diagnostics to check the grumbling noise). Dropped off the car thursday and pick up scheduled for Saturday so they have 2 full work days to work on the vehicle. No communication from the advisor. I had to call saturday almost noon time to check if I am still able to pick up my car. The advisor said, yes, they found no issue that could be causing the grumbling noise. Almost 4pm, 2 hours before closing, I decided to go hang out at the dealership. So at 4:30pm, the advisor called and they still found no issue that could be causing the grumbling noise. So I paid the $275 for an oil change and the grumbling noise still happening (I have friends who sat in my car and can hear and feel it clearly, so it is NOT just in my head!) The car rolls in and I jump in the car only to notice the tire pressure gauge blinking and stayed on. I pull up the service bay and pointed to the advisor that the tire pressure light is on and it was not there when I dropped the car off. He checked all the tires and said it could be the pressure sensor. AND it will costs $$$ for diagnosing it because it is a different diagnostics. I paid $275 with the multipoint inspection noted on the service list and he tells me they did not point to this as an issue and now it is. His story does not make sense. He checks with the technician and that the light was already there when they checked the car, I said that was not the case, otherwise, 1. I would of course point it out as part of my issue. 2. If it was there, why is it NOT included in the multipoint check report. Paid $$$ only to NOT get my issue resolve, they ADDED more issue to my car. I do NOT trust the service here. I do not know how much time they really spent to check the car and whether they really tried to figure out the issue. If it was not the engine, then try to find out what the issue is, which is the point of why I, the customer, brought my car in. STAY AWAY! The recent reviews should be a warning. They may have been good in the past, but they definitely are not the same. More

I had a great experience purchasing my 2008 Prius from Ken Scott. He was friendly efficient, and has good knowledge about the vehicles. The car was for my son and while we waited for financing Ken showed Ken Scott. He was friendly efficient, and has good knowledge about the vehicles. The car was for my son and while we waited for financing Ken showed my son all the gadgets and electronics. We were in and out in less than 2 hours- title in hand! Definitely recommend POrtland Toyota! More
This vehicle failed a pre-purchase inspection because of the extensive rust damage to the frame. The dealership says it's not that bad. Buying used cars requires due diligence on the buyer's part, so be sure you get that inspection if you're shopping here. This dealership is certainly more than ready to sell you an unsafe vehicle for a price that does not reflect its true condition. More
