I knew the deal I wanted and knew what I was going to pay and how much everything would be. I am very familiar with car sales. I should have just gone to them first but went to 3 others Toyota dealers closer to my home over a 2 day span all of which played games from price, lease MF, to Junk fees. One dealer in Hillsboro was so bad that the sales manager flat out told me that if I didn’t pay $389 for the Theft code sticker they put on the truck window they won’t sell me the truck. I said thank an walked out. Finally I went to Broadway Toyota an showed them the Truck I wanted and that qualified for the lease program I was after and first offer they brought out was spot on no games nothing. Signed the paperwork and drove my new truck home. Save your self the time and go to Broadway first. I wish I would have! More

They answered my questions without lying to me. They didn't promise something they knew they couldn't deliver but they gave me options and I greatly appreciated everything they did, all while they serviced my car. At this time would not recommend hope this was isolated. Over recent work done on vehicle. One issue was warning light on re a light not working. Despite bulb changed. Called service rep who said to call Monday through Friday and I would be worked in. Called today and told to come in. Got there and was told "that team doesn't work on Monday and to return tue through sat. Replied was told when called to come in. Answer was the individuals answering the phone aren't at that location and often make mistakes. Despite repeated times providing my phone number still can't key.punch it into their system corrextly. Al Hopeful their sevice technicians have better attention to detail or do they? More
