Then to the comfortable lounge where the coffee is great, leather chairs are super comfortable, and there's a few minutes to catch up on reading. In less than the time they quoted the service rep comes out with the paperwork and my car is brought around. They maintain my car in excellent condition - and it's with confidence and a great feeling once again that Toyota of Portland is servicing my car! More

Mike Kahn, the general manager there, made sure that this sunk in. Our minivan was bought here 2 years ago. Our tires (which only had 30,000 miles on them) were bald on the inside rim only. We could have died on our road trip to Chicago if the tire blew while on the highway. I always took my car for regular servicing. If they were truly checking the car or rotating the tires, then this would not have happened. When I confronted Mike Kahn, he could care less. He was more rude than any manager has ever been to me. He yelled at me while telling me what great customer service they have there. I will NEVER take my car here again and encourage others to avoid this place at all cost. It might save your life. More
