After that, they let me take my time to make a decision (I wanted to make sure I was picking the right configuration) and stayed true to their offer when I finally selected one. The purchase process only took about an hour. Once they gave me the keys, Horatio ran me through every little button and detail of the vehicle - he definitely knew his stuff. Overall, didn't get pressured, best price, good service, etc. More

Was told they were transitioning from one system to another and sorry but could make a appointment for today at 1:30. I made the appointment and showed on time to be told they once again couldn’t find my appointment just made at 7:00am that day. Jefferson in the service department was the lucky guy to draw me & my wife. I was originally told in the morning that the 5000 mile check up would be approximately 90 minutes. Jefferson told me 2 1/2 hours because they were trying to work me in without finding my appointment. He offered to shuttle us anywhere we wanted to go for that 2 1/2 hours. We decided to stay at the dealership. Every 30 minutes he came in to brief us where we were in the line up. That effort and extra step in customer service turned me around on the double screw up on appointments. We ended waiting about 2 hours a little less than told. Someone at Broadway needs to thank him and then figure out the what’s wrong with the electronic appointment scheduling. More

Following the diagnostic, there were some additional repair issues that I had not foreseen. Tony worked with me to choose the best options for both my car and pocketbook. I had the clip for the driver's seatbelt replaced (was jammed after a breakin). The clip cost $72 and labor $121. The cost for such a simple part seems high to me, but then, I am not trying to run a repair service. More
