Buying a great car. I was not looking to buy a newer car but have wanted a Prius for about three years and when Kenney approached me 93rd a w014 model I had to look and l I was not looking to buy a newer car but have wanted a Prius for about three years and when Kenney approached me 93rd a w014 model I had to look and listen. Did not think I would qualify for the Loan and was hesitant to even try. I don't like pressure but am glad Ken had me try. Am glad the young man who checked our credit out worked it so we could get the Loan. Love the car. Have really missed cruise control and power windows. Now all I have to do is learn how to use all the bells and whistles. Thanks to Kenney K. My only complaint would be the amount of time it took. More
Best Car buying Experience Ever We just had a baby a month ago and that increased our family to 6 which rendered our second car, the Camry, kind of ineffective. Also the new age strollers kind of take most o the space in our other 7 seater SUV. Even though my wife has sworn off minivans, we did need one. So we narrowed our choice to either the Honda or the Toyota. Preferred the Toyota as the interior was much more spruced up than the Odyssey. Next step was to shop around and look for the price and the color we wanted. I found that dealers in the greater Seattle area had limited inventory and their advertised specials were really awful compared to some out of state dealerships. We were able to find one in Portland, OR which is a 3 hour drive. They had an advertised special which give me a starting point to negotiate. Got in touch with Guilia, their salesperson, on email. She coordinated the process between us and Ashley, the manager. I did my homework on the rates and the monthly payments and offered them 3000 less than their advertised price. To Guilia and Ashley's credit they listened to my arguments and limitations and understood where I was coming from. As in all negotiations, I offered them my max price and I guess the numbers worked for them as well. The deal went through. The only bummer was that I was pretty much given a 1 hour notice to drive down three hours to get my car. In the end, I got the color I wanted and the price for my trade in was more than fair. The final price of the car that I got was almost 1200 less than what I was offered at my local dealership and got a 1000 more for my trade in. Guilia is a thorough professional and at no time did she pressure me or my wife. Ashley was very courteous and upfront. I have bought over 10 cars in the last 10 years and this by far was one of the best experiences. Nate their finance manager was very courteous and the signing papers was a breeze. I remember how other dealerships try to ram extended plans down your throat. Nate was nothing like that. In fact they accommodated my wife not being there and sent some paperwork with me to send it back to them. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Kylar suggested that for our particular needs and budget it might make sense for us to consider leasing. This is something I've never considered before, in fact, I always wondered why anyone would even think of leasing a car. Kylar helped us understand the pros and cons of leasing (not many cons, really, in our case) and that's the option we went with. It cost us the same as the used car we planned to buy but we got a new one instead - can't complain! New car for two years staying within our original budget? My most recent lease experience at Broadway on July 5, 2015, was the absolute best to date - it was Tim Bazler who made it such a great experience. This young sales person listened to what I said, he offered plenty of ideas, he was knowledgeful, and he worked hard from the beginning to end. After just a few hours working with Tim, I was thinking how proud his family must be of him - he is a great young guy with a great attitude. Believe me, you'll find yourself wanting to invite Tim over to your next backyard barbecue after you wrap up your vehicle purchase. More
