The worst possible experience. Dear car buyer, I hope you do your homework and read these reviews. I did not. I walked into this place with high hopes, it was going to be my first car purchase. After the amount of disrespect and lies I received from this dealership I fell asleep and woke up angry feeling nothing but pure hate for these people. They fit the stereotype of a typical salesman. Once the deal went south I realized that they didn't want to sell me a car because that would bring their survey scoring down if I did. I feel as if I had a joke played on me too by Adam O'neal. I called in to complain about a guy named Eric who ruined the deal as soon as he lied to me upon meeting and it sounded like Adam wanted to save the deal. He proceeded to schedule a time with me (via text message) to come in and renegotiate. He failed to mention that they already sold the car I was looking to buy and he said I would not have to see Eric's face or talk to him while I was there. I arrived with my father this time and he was not there and did not respond to any of my messages. I was left there with Eric who got close enough to us that my dad called him "the xxxxxxx" (which he truly is). He then proceed to talk poorly about us on the other side of some glass. Pointing at us with a nasty face; saying that he refuses to do business with us. I couldn't believe it. They were the WORST!!! Long story short. I ended up going to Beaverton Toyota and they'll be getting a 5 star review from me shortly. It's worth the drive!! They recognized that I was a customer who was about to spend over 20,000 and deserved to be treated with respect and honesty! Their #'s are better in EVERY way!! Go to Beaverton Toyota!! The salesman guaranteed me a better price on my 2015 Toyota Corolla after I told him the price Mcgloughlin Toyota would offer me, after driving all the way down there he not only showed me a completely different vehicle then we discussed over the phone but then told me he absolutely could not offer me the price he quoted either. I started to walk out and he tried to tell me he could get it down to $100 more than what the Mcgloughlin dealership had already offered me I left and bought my car from the first dealership I was at. 8 months later it came time for my 5000 mile check up and oil change I gave Broadway toyota another chance since they are close to my house. They told me it would take about an hour so I went in for my routine check up today and my appointment lasted 4-1/2 hours. After 3 hours of waiting they called me to tell me my car was ready and when I got there I was ignored for 5 minutes while 3 employees chated amongst themselves in front of me then after finally being acknowledged they went to go get my keys leaving me waiting another 10 minutes to come back and tell me my keys were lost! It took them 30 minutes to find my keys with out so much as an apology, just a pathetic explanation that my car looked like another car they services today... Im being serviced at a Toyota dealership every car in there looked like my car! I will never go back! The incompetence I experienced was overwhelming go with Mcgloughlin Toyota if you are looking for a dealership! More

Pleasant sales experience I did not intend to buy a new truck but chatted with Kenny Khzam while my old truck was being serviced. He took the time to show me a new truck which I did not intend to buy a new truck but chatted with Kenny Khzam while my old truck was being serviced. He took the time to show me a new truck which was more in line with my needs (Automatic transmission) and over a few days of continued pleasant contact and low key bargaining he produced numbers which were agreeable and we made the deal. This is the third vehicle I or my family have purchased from this dealership and all experiences were excellent. More

We came in looking for a Certified Preowne Kylar is a true sales professional taking into consideration his customers before his quota or commission. We came in looking for a Certified Preowned Toyota Corolla and left with a beautiful 328i BMW at a better deal than expected. The dealership (Jake) and Kylar made our car buying experience very comfortable, smooth and most important memorable. Their sales/finance team HOSED my wife! My girlfriend (now my wife) wanted to get a new car. She said she had a "friend" that worked at Broadway Toyota. We originally agreed I would go with My girlfriend (now my wife) wanted to get a new car. She said she had a "friend" that worked at Broadway Toyota. We originally agreed I would go with her, but the sales people were anxious and reaching out to her repeatedly and she was super anxious and enticed by their offers and decided on a whim to go to the dealership without me. Within a few hours she had secured financing from Toyota Financial and drove off the lot with a newer certified used Toyota Corolla. She was told about all the wonderful things she was getting in this GREAT deal and how all her wonderful items would be included in her "package" ..... None the wiser, walking away she was VERY happy with the deal despite going from paying $100 per month to her credit union for a slightly older car to over $450 for her Corolla.... Fast forward a few months (although the increase in her monthly car note for a COROLLA didn't sit well with me)... I finally sat down and took a look at her "paperwork" ... Turns out all those INCLUDED items were not only charged to her, but some of them (service contract, pre-paid maint, tire agreement, etc) were charged at an even higher rate than lets say Beaverton Toyota charges. In addition they gave her way less than the value of her car was and padded the cost of the new car she purchased insanely. In addition if she kept the car and paid it for the entire life of the loan she could have purchased the car TWICE (in a matter of 4 years).... Mind you she pays ALL of her bills on time, had a credit union option, but the dealer advised her to use Toyota Financial instead, and was charged a higher than reasonable rate ... After she made 10 months of payments I took her to Beaverton Toyota where I had just purchased my daughter and myself new cars (just a month after she purchased from Broadway)... the sales and finance people there were astonished when I showed them the paperwork. With all the mess they had tacked on and the price they had charged her for the car, she was OVER $8000 in NEGATIVE equity for her car loan vs the value of the car.... EIGHT THOUSAND dollars in NEGATIVE equity in 10 months????? ... I would NEVER send my WORST enemy to Broadway Toyota!! They PREY on those that don't know cars, value or the business. I am thoroughly DISGUSTED! ..... If you want REAL service and RELIABLE associates. Check out BEAVERTON Toyota and ASK for TONY! He is the REAL DEAL! More

She was patient with me as I checked out a few different models. She gave me space but was also there to answer questions. She hooked my kids up with water, TV shows and coloring books. Before I could buy the truck I had to see if three car seats would fit in the back seat. She came back to my house with me, at close to 9PM. We installed the seats and all was good and I ended up purchasing the truck. Incredible customer service. Glenn was great and had a good chat with my wife. Nate was cool and easy to work with. Felt very comfortable with the whole process. More
