After much research, however, we decided to go into the Broadway Toyota dealership to test drive a Camry hybrid and had the opportunity to meet Kylar Wilson. Kylar was very low-key and made the experience much more pleasant than we had anticipated. Max Hanley, the Finance Manager and Tim Hogan, the Sales Manager also contributed their expertise and the entire process went quickly and smoothly. My only comment is that rubber floor mats were not included and therefore we were charged extra for those. After spending so much for the car, it seems to me that the mats could have been included. More
