He was very helpful and clearly interested in assisting me in finding a car that perfectly suited our needs. Throughout the entire process, Kylar was polite, thoughtful and friendly. Additionally, there were numerous matters which required follow up and he was both prompt in his replies and thoroughly researched all questions. After the purchase, Kylar took considerable time with us providing "hands on" demonstration and explanation of how to use the features in the car. By the time we drove it off the lot, we were confident that we made the right choice and were glad Kylar had been a part of the process. I recommend him highly if you're interested in learning more about whether the Toyota is the right car for you. More

Bad situation turned good I have purchased cars from Broadway Toyota for over 30 years and always had a good experience . Today was different, I was referred to salesperson Ke I have purchased cars from Broadway Toyota for over 30 years and always had a good experience . Today was different, I was referred to salesperson Ken Scott, within five minutes (the entire process with him was approx. 10 minutes) I found him to be a pompous arrogant butt (lack of better words). He has a 8 year tenure with Broadway Toyota and possibly anyone spending less than 50k is not up to his standards. Nevertheless, this is no way to treat a potential customer, nor a person in general. If it were not for Tim Hogan (Sales Manager) and Nick Patton (Finance), my days purchasing from Broadway Toyota would have ended with my last vehicle. Tim made things right and sold me my new car and Nick made the financing a pleasant experience. More

I was treated respectfully by all and wasn't "handled". I felt very much at home with these folks. This is not your average sales team.
